RENTAL BOARD & RENT

 

If your tenants are consistently late rent payers or not paying at all we can help you take action against them to recover rent, oblige them to pay on time as well as evict if necessary.  This will require process at the Rental Board (Régie de Logement) which can be a very bureaucratic organisation (see here)

 

CONDO ASSOCIATION

 

Condo Associations also require legal assistance.  If your Syndicat has had legal action taken against them, we can assist in defending the Condo Association against any damages. 

 

Condo co-owners who are late with their fees  have to be legally forced to pay their monthly fees.  We're experienced in such matters as well.
